Our Blissful team is growing! In an effort to serve even more teachers and provide them with the resources they need, we are looking to hire a new Executive Assistant.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We’re looking for a take-charge, detailed, go-getter who is also fun to be around and has a positive mindset. If you can figure things out (aka “Google it”) while knowing when to speak up and ask for help, if you are a team player and “that’s not my job” isn’t part of your vocabulary, and if you excel at setting and consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines, then we would love to welcome you to our team!

This is a high growth potential position for a motivated individual who wants to be a part of a FUN, engaged team that is rapidly growing in the online primary grades literacy space.

This role is a part-time position with the ability to work from home. Only applicants in the United States are eligible to apply.

SAMPLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in ongoing projects of the business
  • Keep team on track with consistent scheduling of events and meetings
  • Managing primary inbox and providing customer service support as needed (including supporting CEO with incoming and outgoing correspondence)
  • Assist during membership launches of online programs
  • Strategize promotional campaigns on Facebook and track ROI
  • Collaborate with other internal team members to the extent that is needed to ensure all team members are successful in accomplishing the business’ goals
  • Backup other team members when they are on vacation or tight project timelines necessitate it
  • Creating, organizing, and updating project plans for promotions in project management software
  • Working on the backend of the business by creating landing pages, scheduling emails, uploading documents, and other tasks as assigned
  • Taking the initiative to learn and become proficient with key tech platforms used (Convertkit, Kajabi, Monday.com, Canva, Zapier, WordPress, etc.)
  • Handling professional administrative tasks including, but not limited to, reviewing documents, researching projects, coordinating travel, ordering gifts, etc.
  • Assist in managing TpT store (uploading resources, notes to followers, responding to reviews & questions, etc.)
  • Fulfills and tracks payments of purchase orders
  • Conducts outreach to members for failed payments & cancellations
  • Assists with managing virtual conference registrations and customer service

*Must be available to fulfill most of the job responsibilities during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, daytime work hours).

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in an assistant-type position is a plus
  • Recent teaching experience in K-2nd grade and science of reading is a plus
  • Does not have a TPT store, membership site, or other education-adjacent position and is not currently serving in an executive assistant type of role
  • Reliable internet and computer access is a must
  • Willingness to be part of a positive team and learn

This is a part-time (20 hours weekly), flexible work-from-home position starting at $25 an hour.
